Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager to oversee
all aspects of network operations within the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure
across the Americas
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians
Develop and execute strategies to enhance network efficiency,
reliability, and security
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Communications,
Engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
8 - 10 years of experience in network operations, with at least 3
years in a managerial role
Proficiency in network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure
components
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly
desirable
Experience in an ITIL-focused support organization with incident,
problem, change management, and capacity management processes
