Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor based
in New Jersey, US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage
Operations department and Designated Broker
Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance
for real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies
and provide necessary assistance
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed and based in the state of New Jersey
Experience with real estate contracts in the state of Nevada
Familiarity with the company's provided tools and technology
Ability to review files in the Transaction Management System within
48 hours
Experience in supporting compliance efforts with the Broker
team
