Job Description:
A company is looking for an EIN Specialist to manage the
acquisition of Employer Identification Numbers from the IRS for
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact the IRS daily to obtain EINs for clients
Represent clients and ensure compliance with IRS regulations
Manage and track EIN applications, maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with the IRS on EIN
acquisition
Active PTIN number, SSN number, or certification as a CAA or EA
Strong understanding of IRS procedures and compliance
requirements
Ability to work in the US timezone and manage daily IRS
interactions
