Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to
address incoming inquiries and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Address customer needs, including complex benefit questions and
issue resolution
Record details of inquiries and escalate unresolved grievances as
necessary
Work within defined parameters to prioritize tasks and meet quality
standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum 2 years of technical experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and use various computer
applications simultaneously
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
and overtime
Must reside in the state of Ohio
