Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Representative to support
account managers and assist with dealer integration and
training.
Key Responsibilities
Support account managers in integrating new dealers and training
finance directors on tools and products
Develop sales support documents and ensure compliance documentation
is tailored for each dealer
Assist in administrative tasks and provide targeted support during
software changes for dealers
Required Qualifications
College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience of at
least five years in a related area
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a finance director
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and availability for travel within Quebec as
needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
