Job Description:
A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer
Service Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients and clients with inquiries regarding health
insurance coverage, billing, and payment options via phone
Process credit card payments and maintain accurate documentation in
the billing system
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient
confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or
higher is a plus
1-3 years of applicable healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of medical billing practices and familiarity with CPT and
ICD10 codes is highly preferred
Experience in a high call volume customer service environment is
preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
