Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Agent, VIP.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor VIP payment transactions and investigate related issues
Reconcile daily customer VIP payments and withdrawals with
third-party vendors
Provide support for customer financial inquiries and collaborate
with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a payments-related industry
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in writing payment disputes/chargeback responses
Understanding of gaming and payment processes
Ability to work a hybrid remote and in-office schedule, including
weekends
