A company is looking for a Senior to Lead Trust & Safety
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor user activity and email delivery performance to detect
abusive behaviors
Investigate flagged users and campaigns, applying appropriate
enforcement actions
Analyze user behavior trends and provide insights to improve abuse
detection systems
Required Qualifications
Experience with data analysis and investigation, including SQL and
risk scoring models
Desire to develop expertise in email deliverability and anti-spam
regulations
Strong critical thinking and sound judgment for balanced
decision-making
Autonomous mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks
and improvements
Leadership skills to mentor junior analysts and support team
initiatives
