Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managed Care Contracting Specialist
who will analyze and negotiate managed care contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Develops contracting strategy and negotiates managed care
contracts
Analyzes contract proposals for financial impact and manages the
contracting process
Monitors contract performance compliance and performs special
projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related
field preferred
At least two years of customer service or financial analyst
experience in managed care
Knowledge of State, Federal, and Managed Care regulatory
guidelines
Experience with benefit insurance billing and contract
management
