Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to assist clients with
their loan requirements and ensure a smooth application
process.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers to assess their loan needs and present
suitable options
Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan
application process
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless client
experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of successful consumer lending sales experience,
preferably 5 years
NMLS SAFE ACT compliant with 5 or more active state licenses
Proficient in Encompass (LOS) and Velocify (CRM) software
Proven track record in the mortgage environment
