Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Growth Lead to drive and
optimize customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement unique customer acquisition tactics
Own and manage strategic customer acquisition efforts from strategy
to execution
Develop and scale innovative acquisition strategies and community
messaging
Required Qualifications
3+ years of strategic consulting experience, ideally with MBB or
equivalent
2+ years of experience in B2C growth-related roles (marketing,
product, strategy, or operations)
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
Data-driven and agile operational mindset
Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced
environments
