Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow-up Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates and examines denial accounts to resolve issues and
provides feedback to staff
Works closely with third-party payers to resolve unpaid claims and
ensures medical necessity
Maintains HIPAA compliance and performs various office functions as
needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
Minimum of two years of experience in health insurance, health
claims billing, or third-party contracts
Extensive knowledge of charge master, ICD-9 coding, CPT coding, and
EDI billing
Ability to work successfully in a team setting
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
