Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II responsible
for managing the foreclosure process for mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the foreclosure process from referral to
post-foreclosure, addressing issues and ensuring timely
completion
Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve delays and title
issues, and provide status updates to investors
Generate reports, prepare bidding instructions, and ensure
compliance with investor deadlines and internal controls
Required Qualifications
A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including at least 1 year in Default Servicing
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
Experience in Default Servicing related fields such as Collections,
REO, or Loss Mitigation is preferred
Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and
lines of credit
Experience in reading and comprehending legal documents
