Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bid Coordinator responsible for
managing the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and
following up on bids for new or renewal business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders
while ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines
Collaborate with various internal teams and communicate with
clients to clarify requirements and align on the bid process
Analyze bid opportunities, develop strategies, and conduct post-bid
reviews to improve future submissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, bid
management, or database management
Experience in stakeholder collaboration and proposal writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage timelines and deadlines effectively
