Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist
for North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing
essential HR support
Collaborate with Senior HRBPs on People Operations projects to
enhance employee experience
Manage PEO relationships, benefits design, payroll, and local
employment law compliance
Required Qualifications:
Solid standalone HR/People generalist experience in a SaaS startup
or high-growth environment
Excellent knowledge of local/regional labor laws and benefits
Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters
Familiarity with BambooHR is preferred
Business acumen with a strong sense of ownership
