Job Description:
A company is looking for a Configuration Specialist to provide
configuration services for complex product settings and customer
requests.
Key Responsibilities
Complete setup and modification of wholesaler accounts and act as a
liaison with customers
Update parsers and maintain configuration information to assist
customers with their 340B program
Perform project-based work to improve processes and workflows,
including documentation updates
Required Qualifications
Educated to degree level in a relevant field or equivalent
experience
Ability to learn programming skills to read and modify parsers
Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and providing solutions
Experience with data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of TCG's 340B products
