Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Associate, Incident
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and investigate incidents escalated to the Compliance
Team
Log all assigned incidents in the Compliance Management System
Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of
incidents
Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in consumer finance or the mortgage
industry
Knowledge of state and federal mortgage origination regulations
Working knowledge of loan origination systems
Previous mortgage origination experience is a plus
Previous consumer complaint investigation experience is a plus
