Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Desktop Support Representative to
troubleshoot applications and support employees with
application-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot application, network, and hardware
problems
Document and train users on common problems and related
solutions
Monitor and manage alerts related to application and system
procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of computer hardware/software support experience
with mac and Windows Operating Systems
Experience with Google apps and Okta
Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems is preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools is
preferred
