Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Safety Associate
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on patient safety and clinical risk concerns to
internal teams, providers, and patients
Resolve questions and concerns related to clinical risk safeguards
and patient care
Collaborate with multiple teams to address high-risk patient
situations efficiently
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, human services, counseling,
psychology, or a related field
Active and unencumbered clinical behavioral health license (e.g.,
LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPCC)
3+ years of experience working with adults as a mental health
clinician post-Masters
Ability to work PST business hours, covering 9 am to 5 pm, M-F
