Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to provide
administrative support to financial advisors and their staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new advisors and their staff
Manage CRM (Redtail) and ensure data accuracy
Provide service and support to advisors, resolving inquiries and
issues
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in a broker dealer and client service role or similar
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or
equivalent experience
Familiarity with the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM
applications (Redtail)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
