Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney on the Writing
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts for legal
documents, ensuring clarity and legal accuracy
Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for compliance with
USCIS guidelines
Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and
provide actionable feedback for quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in
at least one U.S. jurisdiction
2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on
writing-intensive cases
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal
writing
Proficient with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and
Slack
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote
team environment
