Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Testing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Create test estimates and schedules while ensuring adherence to
processes and standards
Identify business processes, conduct risk analysis, and ensure
comprehensive test coverage
Produce test results, defect reports, and publish RCA reports with
preventive measures
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Senior Manual Tester
Proficient with testing tools, such as Azure DevOps
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile
methodologies
Ability to perform database verification using SQL queries
Experience with Laboratory Management System (LMS) applications is
a plus
