Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst I to
provide technical customer service for their software.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor support ticketing system and manage incoming support
issues
Achieve designated utilization goals and maintain compliance with
service level agreements
Participate in collaborative engagements to resolve client issues
and expand product knowledge
Required Qualifications
1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell,
etc.)
1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
Must be 18 years of age or older
