Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles across
multiple departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job
specifications
Source candidates and conduct interviews to assess qualifications
and fit
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting
Proven experience recruiting for various technical roles
Strong understanding of the technical landscape and skill sets in
demand
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably
Oracle
Ability to work independently and manage multiple job
requisitions
