A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support business goals through HR guidance and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR professional contributing to business goals
Develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Participate in HR projects and collaborate with the global HR team

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of HR operations specialist or coordinator experience
Experience in developing and executing HR programs and projects
Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus
Project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all employee levels
