Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support
Representative to assist clients and patients with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
Resolve customer requests via calls or online inquiries
Provide product education and notify clients of test results
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience in a contact center/call center environment
preferred
Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
