Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Define product strategy and lead the execution of the roadmap for
health plan solutions
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring
cross-functional alignment
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product
decisions and enhance value propositions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health
plans or healthcare technology
Proven track record of launching successful healthcare-related
products in a startup environment
Experience with agile development methodologies and
cross-functional teams
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data analytics
tools
Experience in health plan administration or member engagement
solutions is a plus
