Job Description:

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Telehealth.
Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care and support, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans
Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas with multi-state/compact privileges
Must reside in Texas
Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
