Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Navigator to provide
specialized support and guidance to members throughout their
healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver concierge-level service as a single point of contact for
members, managing issue resolution and navigating optimal care
Advocate for members by providing knowledge and innovative
problem-solving to enhance their healthcare experience
Establish rapport with members and internal teams while becoming an
expert in benefit administration and healthcare solutions
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience preferred
Experience in client-focused solutions within direct member
contact, preferably in a virtual or telephonic setting
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
Advanced soft skills with a high level of emotional
intelligence
