Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Digital Health to provide virtual
patient care in a non-traditional clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis,
planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care while promoting
teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team
Support evidence-based practice, participate in performance
improvement initiatives, and mentor other nursing staff
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited school is
required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) is preferred
Current RN license (multi-state compact or single state) and Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience in relevant
settings; 1 year of experience with virtual care services
preferred
Knowledge of and adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse
Practice Act and nursing ethical standards
