Job Description:

We are seeking a LocumsInvasive-Interventional Cardiology Physician to join our team in Alexandria,LA. This role is critical in providing comprehensive cardiology coverage at aLevel II trauma center. The physician will be responsible for ensuring unassignedemergency room coverage and managing the inpatient cardiology census. The position requires24-hour unassigned ER call coverage, with the physician expected to handleemergency cases and perform necessary interventions. In addition, the physicianwill manage inpatient consults, providing expert care for cardiology-related conditions. The average patient volumeis approximately 10 patients per day, and all documentation will be managedusing the eClinicalWorks EMR system. Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Invasive-Interventional Cardiology.
• Active Louisiana State Medical License. Alexandria is a city locatedin central Louisiana, known for its historical significance and vibrantculture.
