Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 400-600 renewal accounts and drive customer retention
Forge strategic relationships with field sales and channel
partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent churn and
enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Four (4) plus years of relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce.com
Ability to manage a high volume of accounts effectively
Proficient in Microsoft applications
