Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager for High Touch
accounts in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer renewals and advanced contract questions, ensuring
timely and successful contract renewals
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and
enhance their experience at the time of renewal
Navigate pricing and negotiation discussions while building and
maintaining trust with customers
Required Qualifications
Strong background in sales, customer success, and renewal
management
Proven ability to drive contract renewals and enhance customer
relationships
Expertise in core contract management competencies
Ability to communicate complex contract terminology to
customers
Experience with CRM maintenance and administrative tasks related to
customer outreach
