A company is looking for a Talent Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hiring, onboarding, and talent relationship processes to
ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and hiring
managers to optimize project staffing and contractor engagement
Oversee offboarding processes for employees and contractors,
ensuring a smooth transition
Required Qualifications
Proficient in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Deep expertise in the creative industry and understanding of
creative roles and workflows
Experience in talent operations, HR, or a related role within an
agency setting
Demonstrated expertise in managing hiring, onboarding, and talent
engagement processes
Strong talent management skills and a proactive, strategic
mindset
