A company is looking for a Senior Manager / Director of GTM
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize internal learning systems and content management
platforms
Manage content workflows to ensure alignment with product releases
for sales teams
Lead product enablement initiatives and develop scalable training
processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product or GTM enablement, preferably in
sales enablement
Proven track record in managing content management systems and LMS
platforms
Extensive experience in product enablement in high-growth
environments
Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with various
teams
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
