Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Support to lead
and scale their global Customer and Product Support
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable support strategy that enhances the
customer experience
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Customer Support team
while overseeing global 24/7 technical support operations
Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and self-service solutions to
enhance efficiency and optimize support channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer support leadership roles,
preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
Proven track record of scaling global support teams in a
high-growth environment
Deep experience in technical support operations, including incident
management and process optimization
Expertise in AI, automation, and self-service strategies
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to
analyze support data for performance improvements
