Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics &
Operations Manager to drive data and operations strategy for member
marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the collection, analysis, and reporting of member marketing
data to identify growth opportunities
Own the marketing attribution model to assess campaign impact and
guide investment decisions
Develop and maintain self-service dashboards to provide visibility
into campaign performance and member engagement
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or
performance marketing
Advanced SQL proficiency with experience in large datasets
Strong development of marketing attribution models across various
channels
Experience in ROI modeling and financial analysis
Expertise in Salesforce products and familiarity with AI-driven
marketing tools
