Strategy & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales incentive compensation plans
aligned with business goals
Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance gaps within
the teams
Ensure accurate calculation and timely payout of sales incentives,
addressing discrepancies as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a strategic Wealth Management compensation
role
Deep expertise in sales compensation design and administration
Knowledge of financial services licensing requirements
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis
tools
Exceptional project management and presentation skills
