Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Business
Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI engineers while fostering
a collaborative environment
Develop and implement the BI strategy to align with business
objectives and enhance data analysis capabilities
Oversee the delivery of BI projects, ensuring timely and
within-budget completion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data
Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
6+ years of experience in BI engineering or related roles, with a
minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
4+ years of experience in large data warehousing environments
7+ years of experience with data warehouse architectures, data
modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and SQL coding
Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools such as
Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
