Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Provider Clinical Quality team to deliver impactful
projects that enhance care quality
Guide a team of engineers and foster collaboration across
engineering teams
Oversee the development of tools that support therapists and
improve patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent work experience
10+ years of professional engineering experience, including 3 years
in people management
Experience in performance management, mentoring, and career
development
Demonstrable project management experience across multiple
teams
Experience working cross-functionally
