Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate FP&A to
facilitate financial growth strategy and annual planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Annual Financial Plan and Forecasts, consolidating
activities and analyzing performance
Lead ad-hoc financial strategy projects and provide actionable
insights for executive decisions
Support potential reinsurance or M&A activities and foster a
culture of continuous improvement within the team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Master's degree or CFA preferred
7+ years of experience in corporate finance, planning, or strategy,
preferably in insurance or financial services
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial systems
(Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Experience with visualization software (PowerBi, Tableau) and
FP&A tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion) preferred
