Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Policy Forms Associate
Manager to lead a team responsible for policy form development and
maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of policy form specialists in developing and
maintaining policy and customer forms
Collaborate with attorneys, business partners, and IT managers to
ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements
Oversee the forms development process and implement effective
strategies for IT programming of the forms
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED with seven years of policy forms or
paralegal experience, including two years in a leadership role, or
a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
At least two years of experience in a leadership position
Comprehensive understanding of insurance policy form life
cycles
Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of legal form
requirements across various business functions
