to Head of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale the People Operations function, including strategy,

Lead end-to-end talent strategy, focusing on attracting, hiring,

Implement performance management frameworks and foster a

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in People Operations or HR
leadership roles
Proven ability to craft and execute a comprehensive people
strategy
Deep expertise in talent management and performance frameworks
Experience managing people operations for a fully remote and
diverse team
Extensive experience in utilizing AI tools to optimize
processes
