Operations to drive the development and optimization of care team
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across the
Care Delivery team
Lead cross-functional projects, including partnership and vendor
implementations
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for
improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in building and improving complex processes in
a healthcare startup environment
Experience in project management and analytical skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with various organizational
stakeholders
Experience with tools such as electronic health records and
Excel
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and scaling businesses
