Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of UX Writing to lead a team
of senior writers and shape the future of the craft.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the UX Writing function, ensuring alignment, strategy, and
effective user experience
Manage a team of 6 senior writers, supporting their practice and
growth
Partner with cross-functional leaders and executives to define
strategy and success
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading writing teams
6+ years of people management experience at fast-paced tech
companies
Experience creating and scaling writing teams, processes, and
programs
Ability to develop trust and rapport with a broad range of
stakeholders, including executives
