Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist
(Legal/Attorneys) to support hiring efforts for their legal
department.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
and team culture
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using advanced recruiting
techniques
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting
positions and scheduling interviews
Required Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience in various business and
technical functions
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, particularly in
behavioral and technical techniques
Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates in
specialized verticals, especially legal
Experience working independently as a contractor or in a
project-based role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing
tools
